All of our work is warranted for one year with no mileage limitations unless stated otherwise on your invoice.

One exception is "used parts" which are guaranteed for 30 days to 90 days depending on the supplier. We do not guarantee labor to replace a defective "used part" since it is you, the vehicle owner, who has made the decision to save money by having us install a used part rather than a more expensive new one. This doesn't mean, however, that we won't guarantee that we installed the used part correctly. We will.

We promise you that we will never tie you up waiting for our supplier to reimburse us for a defective part before we take care of your car. We will take immediate steps to get your car back on the road and deal with our suppliers later.

If you are out of the immediate area and experience a warranty problem, you must have our prior permission to have your vehicle repaired at another shop before we will cover the costs. This keeps everybody honest.
